Shipping policy

At FIBOR, we carefully prepare and ship every LED neon sign to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 4–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • Canada: 4–13 business days

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–11 business days

  • Other Countries: 4–12 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing Times

Our Fulfillment Team may take up to 48 hours to process your order, perform a quality check, securely package your LED neon sign, and prepare it for collection by the shipping courier.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

To track your order, simply follow the instructions or tracking link provided in the confirmation email. Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update after your order has been dispatched.

Secure Packaging

LED neon signs are carefully packed with protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. Please inspect your package when it arrives and contact us promptly if the product appears damaged.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. FIBOR is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping details. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered the fulfillment process.
