4. How are LED neon signs packaged?

We take extra care when packaging every LED neon sign.

Depending on the size and design, additional foam protection or reinforced packaging may be used.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all accessories, cables, mounting parts, instructions, and packaging included.

For safety, make sure the power cable is not stretched, pinched, or placed where it may create a tripping hazard.

Brightness controls are not included with every model, so please check the product description before ordering.

10. Can LED neon signs be used outdoors?
